The Roberts Family

The Roberts family has deep ties to Vermont. Liz is an 8th-generation Vermonter born on a dairy farm in Swanton, and both of Frank’s grandfathers lived in Central Vermont. While Roberts Energy may be based in MA, most of our extended family still lives in Northern and Southern Vermont, and we spend much of the year in the state. In fact, we’ve been doing business in VT since the 1980s! In 2023, Roberts re-committed to the state when Abba Fuels joined our family of companies, and since then, we’ve kept growing in the Green Mountain State. So has our commitment to customers and the communities we serve. Roberts continues to give generously to non-profits and charities throughout our Vermont service region. We’re currently working on an exciting project in Brattleboro with the Friends of the West River Trail to build a rail trail along the Connecticut River.
